Research and consulting

Test your plan through a fieldworker’s eyes before fieldwork starts. We spot the risks in your sample, method, questionnaire and timeline in advance and propose a workable field plan; if you wish, we run the fieldwork too.

Why look through a field lens?

A plan that looks flawless on paper is tested on its first day in the field.

A hard-to-reach quota, an overly long questionnaire or a tight timeline is often noticed only after fieldwork starts; fixing it then costs both time and budget.

We review your plan with field experience and make the risks visible before going into the field.

Process

How it runs in the field.

Consulting starts with listening and ends with a field-ready plan.

  1. Step 01

    Listening

We learn the purpose of the research, the target audience and your current plan.

  2. Step 02

    Assessment

We review the plan from a field perspective and identify risks and bottlenecks.

  3. Step 03

    Recommendation

We present options for method, sample allocation, timeline and team.

  4. Step 04

    Execution

If you wish, we run the plan together with field operations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your answer?Write to us and we’ll answer your question together.
Can I get consulting separately from field services?

Yes. You can take consulting as a standalone service or run it together with the field operation.

Do you design the research from scratch?

We support the design: method selection, reviewing whether the questionnaire works in the field, and planning. We define the scope together based on what your project needs.

What kinds of research do you consult on?

We support field planning and data collection organisation in market, opinion and social research projects.

Can you help us determine the sample size?

We help with how the sample is distributed in the field, how quotas are set up and whether the timeline fits. Statistical design has to be considered together with the purpose of the research; we clarify this in the first meeting.

Can you review our existing questionnaire?

Yes. We review its length, question order, skip rules and how the questions will be understood in the field, and send you our recommendations.
