Interviewer and field researcher pool

Don’t lose time searching for the right interviewers. We select your team from our pre-assessed pool, train it for your project and assign it ready for the field.

Why does the right person make the difference?

The quality of an interview starts with the person who knocks on the door or makes the call.

An interviewer who can’t build trust with respondents, rewords questions or forces quotas weakens even a well-designed study.

We assess candidates in our pool in advance, select them again for each project and send them to the field with project-specific training.

How the pool works

A team rebuilt for every project.

Selection criteria come from the project’s needs; the same team doesn’t fit every study.

Selection by project

Target audience, interview method and field region decide who is assigned. A telephone study of young people and a face-to-face study in rural areas need different teams.

Alongside experience, we look at communication skills and reliability.

Every candidate is assessed before going into the field.

Before experience, we look at attitude in the field: respect for respondents, attention and responsibility.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your answer?Write to us and we’ll answer your question together.
Do I need experience to become an interviewer?

No. Newcomers to field research can apply too. Candidates without experience are trained before going into the field.

Will I definitely get an assignment after applying?

Assignments depend on projects and needs. Applying is the first step to joining the pool; it does not guarantee an assignment.

As a research company, how can I request a team?

Fill in the form on our request-a-quote page with your project details. We will plan the right team for your project together.

How do you assess candidates in the pool?

We look at experience, availability, the methods they can work with and communication skills. Suitable candidates are trained, and each assignment starts with a project-specific briefing.

What happens if an assigned interviewer leaves the field?

We manage team changes as part of field coordination. We assign a suitable replacement from the pool and brief them before they go into the field.
