Why Piramit Saha?

We don’t hire field teams from third parties. We select interviewers from our own pool, train them ourselves and supervise them in the field ourselves. One team is accountable for your data from the first interview to delivery.

Process

How does a fieldwork project run?

From briefing to delivery, you know what is happening in your field at every step. We solve surprises while fieldwork runs, not after it ends.

01Briefing

  1. Briefing

We clarify target audience, sample, method and timeline with you and turn them into a field plan.

  2. Team

We select suitable interviewers from our pool; the team is rebuilt for every project.

  3. Training

The team prepares for the field by working with your questionnaire and your target audience.

  4. Fieldwork

We track quotas and progress every day and share updates with you regularly.

  5. Quality control

We catch suspicious interviews while fieldwork runs and verify them by calling respondents back.

  6. Delivery

We deliver cleaned data in the format you need, together with a fieldwork summary.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your answer?Write to us and we’ll answer your question together.
Do we have to outsource the entire fieldwork?

No. We can also work on a single stage, such as team setup only, coordination only or quality control only. We define the scope with you based on your project.

Can we follow progress while fieldwork runs?

Yes. We track quotas and completed interviews every day and share them with you regularly. If there is a risk of falling behind plan, we tell you early and agree the solution together.

How do you safeguard data quality?

We run quality control while fieldwork is in progress, not after it ends. We catch unusually short or inconsistent interviews, verify them by calling respondents back, and deliver only cleaned data.

How do you build the field team?

We select the team from our own pool based on the project’s target audience, method and region. The selected team is trained on your questionnaire before going into the field.

Which methods do you work with?

PAPI (paper-and-pencil face to face), CAPI (tablet-based face to face), CATI (telephone) and CAWI (online). When needed to reach the target audience, we combine several methods in one project.

What information do you need for a quote?

Target audience, approximate sample, method, field regions and timeline. Not everything has to be final; we clarify the gaps together and propose the fieldwork set-up that fits.
